摘要
目的阐述关于护理人文素质教育的概念,概括培养护理人文素质教育的重要性,分析其有关现状和影响因素,探索培养护理人文素质具有针对性的策略。方法文献检索综述法,对国内外护理人文素质教育策略的发展进行对比阐述。结果我国护理人文素质在护理教育中培养的发展理论尚未成熟有待改善。结论意在为中国的护理行业提供提高本科护理学生教育和培养的依据。
Objective To elaborate the concept of nursing humanistic quality education,summarize the importance of cultivating nursing humanistic quality education,analyze its current situation and influencing factors,and explore targeted strategies for cultivating nursing humanistic quality.Methods Literature retrieval review method was used to compare the development of nursing humanistic quality education strategies at home and abroad.Results The development theory of nurses’humanistic quality in nursing education in China has not yet matured and needs to be improved.Conclusion The aim is to provide the basis for improving the education and training of undergraduate nursing students for the nursing industry in China.
