鼻内镜下低温等离子射频在顽固性鼻出血中的临床应用 被引量:6

摘要 目的探究鼻内镜下低温等离子射频在顽固性鼻出血中的临床应用效果。方法选取我院顽固性鼻出血患者68例(时间段:2017年5月至2018年7月),随机分为采用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗的观察组(34例)与采用鼻内镜下凝血酶治疗的对照组(34例),观察患者鼻腔通气时间、出血量、鼻黏膜恢复正常时间、凝血功能指标情况及治疗效果。结果与对照组相比,观察组鼻腔通气时间短,出血量少,鼻黏膜恢复正常时间短,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05);两组凝血功能指标、治疗效果对比,差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论在顽固性鼻出血中应用鼻内镜下低温等离子射频治疗,能减少患者鼻腔通气时间、出血量,促进鼻黏膜恢复,治疗效果好,值得借鉴。 Objective To explore the clinical effect of low temperature plasma radio frequency under nasal endoscopy in intractable epistaxis.Methods 68 patients with intractable epistaxis in our hospital(study period:May 2017 to July 2018)were randomly divided into observation group(34 cases)treated with low temperature plasma radiofrequency under nasal endoscope and control group(34 cases)treated with thrombin under nasal endoscope.The nasal ventilation time,bleeding volume and nasal mucosal recovery were observed.Normal time,coagulation function and therapeutic effect.Results Compared with the control group,the observation group had shorter nasal ventilation time,less bleeding and shorter recovery time of nasal mucosa(P<0.05).The coagulation function index and therapeutic effect were compared between the two groups(P>0.05).Conclusion The application of low temperature plasma radio frequency therapy under nasal endoscope in intractable epistaxis can reduce the time of nasal ventilation and the amount of bleeding,promote the recovery of nasal mucosa,and has good therapeutic effect,which is worth learning from.
