子宫动脉栓塞后刮宫治疗疤痕妊娠

Curettage after Uterine Artery Embolization for Scar Pregnancy

目的探讨分析子宫动脉栓塞后刮宫术对治疗疤痕妊娠的临床疗效和应用价值。方法选取我院在2015年1月至2019年5月,回顾分析在4年中收治的子宫疤痕部位妊娠患者60例作为研究对象,在子宫动脉栓塞后实行刮宫术治疗。结果根据研究结果显示,患者在子宫动脉栓塞术后刮宫的临床表现,术中出血量<25 m L的患者为22例,约占36.67%,术中出血量25-35 m L的患者为21例,约占35.00%,术中出血量>35 m L的患者为17例,约占28.33%;60例患者随访术后检查及恢复至正常时间,<20天恢复的患者为44例,约占73.33%,20-35天恢复的患者为16例,约占26.67%。患者术后出血率较低,不良反应少。结论在对疤痕部位妊娠患者实施临床治疗时,实施子宫动脉栓塞后刮宫术能够取得更好的临床效果,安全性较高,不良反应少,具有使用价值,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the clinical efficacy and application value of uterine curettage after uterine artery embolization in the treatment of scar pregnancy.Methods From January 2015 to May 2019,we retrospectively analyzed 60 cases of pregnancy at scar site of uterus treated in our hospital in the past four years.After uterine artery embolization,curettage was performed.Results According to the results of the study,the clinical manifestations of curettage after uterine artery embolization were 22 patients with bleeding volume less than 25 mL,accounting for 36.67%,21 patients with bleeding volume 25-35 mL,accounting for 35.00%,17 patients with bleeding volume more than 35 mL,accounting for 28.33%.At normal time,44 patients recovered in less than 20 days,accounting for 73.33%,and 16 patients recovered in 20-35 days,accounting for 26.67%.Postoperative bleeding rate was low and adverse reactions were few.Conclusion Uterine artery embolization curettage can achieve better clinical results in the treatment of pregnancy with scar site.It has high safety and less adverse reactions.It is worthy of clinical promotion.
