数字化口内扫描技术与传统硅橡胶精细印模技术在临床前牙瓷贴面修复中的差异分析

Analysis of Difference between Digital Intraoral Scanning Technology and Traditional Silicone Rubber Fine Impression Technology in Clinical Anterior Teeth Porcelain Veneer Restoration

目的研究数字化口内扫描技术与传统硅橡胶精细印模技术在临床前牙瓷贴面修复中的差异。方法本次纳入2018年6月至2019年6月收治的80例进行前牙瓷贴面修复患者展开研究,按照随机数字表法分为两组,对照组40例采用传统硅橡胶精细印模技术,观察组40例采用数字化口内扫描技术。将两组的修复效果、患者满意度进行比对。结果观察组前牙瓷贴面修复患者的满意度、修复效果均优于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论同传统硅橡胶精细印模技术相比,在前牙瓷贴面修复中,数字化口内扫描技术的修复效果更高,患者的接受度及满意度较高。

Objective To study the difference between digital intraoral scanning and traditional silicone rubber fine impression technology in the clinical restoration of anterior teeth porcelain veneer.Methods 80 cases of anterior teeth with porcelain veneer were enrolled in this study from June 2018 to June 2019.They were divided into two groups according to random number table method.40 cases in the control group were treated with traditional silicone rubber fine impression technology,and 40 cases in the observation group were treated with digital intraoral scanning technology.Rehabilitation effect and patient satisfaction were compared between the two groups.Results The satisfaction and restoration effect of the patients in the observation group were better than those in the control group,and the difference was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Compared with the traditional silicone rubber fine impression technique,digital intraoral scanning technique is more effective in the restoration of anterior teeth porcelain veneer,and the patients’acceptance and satisfaction are higher.
