摘要 目的评价探究ICU危重症患者肠内营养的临床观察与护理疗效评价。方法从我院ICU中抽选92例危重症患者展开系统研究调查,按照数字随机分配法进行分组,46例对照组给予肠外营养及常规护理,46例观察组给予肠内营养及综合护理,对比两组患者营养状态、不良反应概率。结果观察组患者的血白蛋白、血红蛋白、总蛋白指标明显优于对照组,观察组治疗后出现的不良反应显著比对照组低,数据比较差异显著(P<0.05)。结论对ICU危重症患者实施肠内营养及综合护理不仅能满足患者的机体营养需求,还能降低临床不良反应发生,其护理疗效较为显著。 Objective To evaluate and explore the clinical observation and nursing effect evaluation of enteral nutrition in critically ill ICU patients.Methods 92 critically ill patients were selected from ICU of our hospital for systematic research and investigation,and were divided into groups according to the digital random distribution method.46 patients in the control group were given parenteral nutrition and routine care,and 46 patients in the observation group were given enteral nutrition and comprehensive care,and the nutritional status and adverse reaction probability of the two groups were compared.Results The serum albumin,hemoglobin and total protein indexes of the observation group were significantly better than those of the control group,and the adverse reactions of the observation group after treatment were significantly lower than those of the control group,with significant difference in data(P<0.05).Conclusion The implementation of enteral nutrition and comprehensive nursing for ICU critically ill patients can not only meet the nutritional needs of patients,but also reduce the occurrence of clinical adverse reactions,the nursing effect is more significant.
