活血散瘀膏联合按摩对血透穿刺血肿的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Huoxue Sanyu Ointment Combined with Massage on Hematoma Punctured by Hemodialysis

目的研究探讨自制中药软膏联合按摩对血液透析穿刺中所致血肿的疗效。方法随机选取2016年1月至2019年5月于我院接受治疗的血透穿刺导致血肿的患者28例作为研究对象,并采用随机分组法将其分为研究组和对比组。其中给予研究组患者自制活血散瘀软膏联合按摩治疗,给予对比组患者50%硫酸镁湿敷治疗,统计记录两组患者治疗有效率和接受治疗后的临床症状消失时间,并形成对比。结果通过对两组患者进行治疗,研究组患者治疗有效率明显高于对比组且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05),研究组患者临床症状消失时间均优于对比组且对比具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论给予血透穿刺引发血肿的患者自制中药软膏联合按摩治疗,能有效增加患者康复效率,减少患者并发症发生率,值得临床推广。

Objective To study the effect of self-made traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with massage on hematoma caused by hemodialysis.Methods Twenty-eight patients with hemodialysis puncture hematoma treated in our hospital from January 2016 to May 2019 were randomly selected as the study subjects and divided into study group and control group by random grouping method.The study group was given self-made Huoxue Sanyu Ointment combined with massage treatment,and the control group was given 50%magnesium sulfate wet compress treatment.The effective rate of treatment and the disappearance time of clinical symptoms after treatment were recorded and compared.Results By treating the two groups of patients,the treatment efficiency of the study group was significantly higher than that of the control group(P<0.05).The disappearance time of clinical symptoms in the study group was better than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion Self-made traditional Chinese medicine ointment combined with massage therapy for patients with hematoma-induced hematoma can effectively improve the rehabilitation efficiency of patients and reduce the incidence of complications,it is worthy of clinical promotion.
