老年急性缺血性肠炎的临床早期诊断方法及治疗疗效分析

Clinical Early Diagnosis and Therapeutic Effect of Acute Ischemic Enteritis in the Elderly

目的探究老年急性缺血性肠炎的临床早期诊断方法及治疗疗效。方法在我院2016年6月至2019年6月收治的急性缺血性肠炎老年患者中随机选取42例为研究对象,按照检查方式的不同分为相同的两组,即结肠镜组和超声组各21例。结肠镜组患者在结肠镜检查后给予西医保留灌肠治疗,超声组在腹部超声检查后实行肠系膜血管造影术治疗。比较两组患者的检查确诊率和治疗有效率及治疗后不良反应发生率。结果结肠镜组患者的检查确诊率明显优于超声组患者的检查确诊率,两组数据之间的差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。超声组患者的治疗有效率明显优于结肠镜组患者的治疗有效率,两组数据之间的差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结肠镜组患者治疗后不良反应的发生率明显高于超声组患者治疗后不良反应的发生率,两组数据之间的差异比较存在统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论腹部超声检查是临床上确诊急性缺血性肠炎的重要方式,腹部超声检查后肠系膜血管造影术的治疗效果更为显著,更有利于老年人身体的康复。

Objective To explore the clinical early diagnosis and treatment of acute ischemic enteritis in the elderly.Methods Forty-two elderly patients with acute ischemic enteritis were randomly selected from June 2016 to June 2019 in our hospital.They were divided into two groups according to different examination methods:colonoscopy group and ultrasound group,21 cases in each group.The colonoscopy group was treated with retention enema after colonoscopy,and the ultrasound group was treated with mesenteric angiography after abdominal ultrasonography.The diagnostic rate,effective rate of treatment and incidence of adverse reactions after treatment were compared between the two groups.Results The diagnostic rate of colonoscopy group was significantly higher than that of ultrasound group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The treatment efficiency of ultrasound group was significantly better than that of colonoscopy group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The incidence of adverse reactions after treatment in colonoscopy group was significantly higher than that in ultrasound group,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion Abdominal ultrasonography is an important way to diagnose acute ischemic enteritis in clinic.The therapeutic effect of mesenteric angiography after abdominal ultrasonography is more remarkable,which is more conducive to the rehabilitation of the elderly.
