多巴丝肼联合吡贝地尔缓释片治疗帕金森病的疗效观察

Therapeutic Effect of Dopazide combined with Piribedil Sustained-release Tablets in the Treatment of Parkinson’s Disease

目的探讨多巴丝肼联合吡贝地尔缓释片治疗帕金森病的疗效。方法从我院在2017年5月至2019年4月期间收治的帕金森病患者中抽选出60例患者纳入本次研究中,按照不同的治疗方式对患者进行分组处理,共分为观察组与对照组两个组,每组各有30例患者,给予对照组多巴丝肼治疗,给予观察组多巴丝肼联合吡贝地尔缓释片进行治疗,观察比较两组患者在经过不同治疗方式后的疗效与不良反应的发生情况。结果观察组患者治疗后的总有效率要明显比对照组高,经过计算,两组患者对比所产生的差异发生统计学意义(P<0.05),观察组患者在治疗后,不良反应的实际发生率要比对照组低,两组患者对比所产生的差异发生统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论在治疗帕金森病患者时,除了给予患者多巴丝肼进行治疗外,联合使用吡贝地尔缓释片进行治疗,能够有效的缓解患者的临床症状,提升治疗效果,降低不良反应的发生,临床效果限制,值得临床推广。

Objective To investigate the efficacy of dopazide combined with piribedil sustained-release tablets in the treatment of Parkinson’s disease.Methods 60 patients with Parkinson’s disease admitted to our hospital from May 2017 to April 2019 were selected and divided into observation group and control group according to different treatment methods.Each group had 30 patients.The control group was treated with DOPA hydrazine,and the observation group was treated with DOPA hydrazine combined with pipemide sustained-release tablets.Therapy,observe and compare the curative effect and adverse reactions of two groups of patients after different treatment methods.Results The total effective rate of patients in the observation group was significantly higher than that in the control group.After calculation,the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).The actual incidence of adverse reactions in the observation group was lower than that in the control group after treatment,and the difference between the two groups was statistically significant(P<0.05).Conclusion In the treatment of patients with Parkinson’s disease,in addition to giving treatment to patients with levodopa hydrazine,the combined use of Piribedil Sustained-release Tablets can effectively relieve the clinical symptoms of patients,improve the treatment effect,reduce the occurrence of adverse reactions,and limit the clinical effect,which is worthy of clinical promotion.
