前列腺电切术后导尿管拔除方法对拔管后排尿的影响

The Effect of Catheter Removal after Prostatectomy on Urination after Catheterization

目的探讨前列腺电切术后导尿管拔除方法对尿痛、血尿、排尿困难的影响。方法选取前列腺电切术后患者140例,随机分为观察组和对照组,每组70例,两组患者均在膀胱充盈情况下拔除导尿管,其中观察组加用舒泰作为润滑麻醉剂联合改良拔管法拔除导尿管。对照组抽尽气囊内液体后直接拔除导尿管。结果观察组拔尿管后尿痛、血尿、并发症发生率均低于对照组,P<0.05,差异有统计学意义。结论利用舒泰作为润滑剂的观察组拔管方法更优越,痛苦少,减少血尿,减少并发症的发生,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of catheter removal after transurethral resection of prostate on urinary pain,hematuria and dysuria.Methods One hundred and forty patients after transurethral resection of prostate were randomly divided into observation group and control group with 70 cases in each group.In both groups,the catheter was removed when the bladder was full.In the observation group,the catheter was removed with Shutai as a lubricating anesthetic combined with modified catheterization.In the control group,the catheter was removed directly after draining the liquid in the balloon.Results The incidence of urinary pain,hematuria and complications in the observation group was lower than that in the control group(P<0.05).Conclusion The observation group using Shutai as lubricant has better extubation method,less pain,less hematuria and complications,which is worthy of clinical popularization and application.
