七氟醚在超高龄手术患者全麻维持中的应用

Application of Sevoflurane in Maintenance of General Anesthesia in Super-old Age Undergoing Operation

目的探讨七氟醚在超高龄手术患者全麻维持中的应用价值。方法选取超高龄手术患者20例,静脉诱导后予以顺苯阿曲库铵、七氟醚,为观察组。于相同时间段另选超高龄手术患者20例,静脉诱导后予以异丙酚、顺苯阿曲库铵、七氟醚,为参照组。就两组患者的临床麻醉情况展开分析和数据对比。结果观察组的苏醒时间、拔管时间、清醒时间与参照组差异明显,且数值方面观察组更高,统计处理显示P<0.05,统计学意义成立;两组患者维持期心率、血氧饱和度数值差异不明显,P>0.05;观察组维持期平均动脉压与参照组差异明显,且数值方面观察组更高,统计处理显示P<0.05,统计学意义成立。结论对超高龄手术患者实施七氟醚全麻维持,对患者血压、心率影响较轻,安全性高,患者苏醒时间短。

Objective To explore the application value of sevoflurane in the maintenance of general anesthesia in super-old age undergoing operation.Methods Twenty cases of super-old age patients were selected and treated with cis-phenylatracurium and sevoflurane after intravenous induction as observation group.In the same period,another 20 cases of super-old age patients were selected.After intravenous induction,propofol,cis-phenylatracurium and sevoflurane were given as the reference group.The clinical anesthesia of the two groups were analyzed and compared.Results The awake time,extubation time,awake time and the reference group were significantly different in the observation group,and the observation group was higher in the numerical observation group.The statistical analysis showed that P<0.05,the statistical significance was established;the two groups of patients maintained the heart rate and blood oxygen saturation.The difference in degree was not obvious,P>0.05.The mean arterial pressure in the observation group was significantly different from that in the reference group,and the observation group was higher in the numerical observation.The statistical analysis showed P<0.05,and the statistical significance was established.Conclusion The maintenance of sevoflurane general anesthesia for the super-old age undergoing operation has a slight effect on blood pressure and heart rate,high safety and short recovery time.
