高原地区老年心功能衰竭的临床特点及护理

Clinical Characteristics and Nursing Care of Elderly Patients with Heart Failure at High Altitude

目的对高原地区老年心功能衰竭患者的临床特点进行观察,并对其护理干预措施加以探讨。方法将2017年1月至2017年12月所收治的高原地区老年心功能衰竭患者110例,并对其临床资料进行回顾性分析,以了解其发病原因与临床症状。结果本组患者发病因素:高原性心脏病37例(33.6%)、高血压25例(22.7%)、冠心病19例(17.3%)、心肌梗死20例(18.2%);本组患者症状总发生率为35.4%、合并感染发生率为36.4%。结论高原地区老年心功能衰竭重要发病原因为高原性心脏病,临床症状表现为劳动性呼吸困难、胸闷气促、心悸、双下肢水肿、尿少等症状。

Objective To observe the clinical characteristics of elderly patients with heart failure at high altitude and discuss the nursing intervention measures.Methods From January 2017 to December 2017,110 elderly patients with heart failure in plateau area were treated and their clinical data were analyzed retrospectively to understand the causes and clinical symptoms.Results In this group,37 cases(33.6%)had high altitude heart disease,25 cases(22.7%)had Hypertension,19 cases(17.3%)had coronary heart disease,and 20 cases(18.2%)had myocardial infarction.The total incidence rate of symptoms in this group of patients was 35.4%,and the incidence rate of concurrent infection was 36.4%.Conclusion High altitude heart disease is an important cause of heart failure in the elderly at high altitude.The clinical symptoms are labor dyspnea,chest tightness,shortness of breath,palpitation,edema of both lower limbs and hypouria.
