角膜绷带镜在翼状胬肉术后的应用效果分析

Analysis of Application of Corneal Bandage Mirror in Pterygium

目的分析观察角膜绷带镜在翼状胬肉术后的应用效果。方法选择64例翼状胬肉患者,随机分成对照组与实验组,每组32例,两组患者均行胬肉切除术+带干细胞角结膜瓣移植术,术后,对照组直接纱布敷眼,实验组佩戴角膜绷带镜,观察并比较两组患者临床疗效。结果术后6 h与术后1 d,实验组VAS评分显著低于对照组(P<0.05);术后2个月随访,实验组最佳矫正视力及角膜散光度显著优于对照组(P<0.05);实验组角膜上皮愈合时间短于对照组,术后10 d BUT明显高于对照组(P<0.05)。结论翼状胬肉术后佩戴角膜绷带镜,疗效显著,值得推广借鉴。

Objective To analyze the effect of corneal bandage mirror on pterygium.Methods Sixty-four patients with pterygium were randomly divided into the control group and the experimental group.There were 32 patients in each group.Both groups underwent pterygectomy plus stem cell keratoconjunctival flap transplantation.After the operation,the control group directly applied gauze.The experimental group wore a corneal bandage mirror to observe and compare the clinical effects of the two groups of patients.Results The VAS score of the experimental group was significantly lower than that of the control group 6 hours after operation and 1 day after operation(P<0.05).At 2 months follow-up,the best corrected visual acuity and corneal astigmatism in the experimental group were significantly better than the control group(P<0.05).The corneal epithelial healing time in the experimental group was shorter than that in the control group,and the BUT was significantly higher than the control group at 10 days after surgery(P<0.05).Conclusion Wearing a corneal bandage after pterygium surgery has significant curative effect and is worthy of promotion.
