肾棘球蚴病HE切片病理诊断及临床分析

Pathological Diagnosis and Clinical Analysis of HE Section of Renal Echinococcosis

目的探讨分析肾棘球蚴病HE切片病理诊断的临床价值。方法将2017年4月至2019年4月作为取材区间,纳入肾棘球蚴病患者总计20例,患者在入院后接受HE切片病理诊断,根据HE切片病理诊断结果分析其临床应用价值。结果 HE切片病理诊断下细胞核被染为蓝色,细胞质被染为红色,根据不同病理组织细胞染色的深浅进行病情分析,共检出肾棘球蚴病患者19例,占据总选取患者的95.00%,诊断结果对比无显著差异(c2=3.246,P=0.068),表明HE切片病理诊断具有较高的检出率,能够为后期治疗工作的开展提供有效指导。结论肾棘球蚴病的诊断中选用HE切片病理诊断能够准确分析患者的病情,对于后期治疗工作的开展具有重要指导意义,能够为患者提供安全保障,综合应用价值显著,可以将其作为临床上肾棘球蚴病的首选诊断方法使用。

Objective To study the pathological diagnosis and clinical analysis of HE section of renal echinococcosis.Methods From April 2017 to April 2019,20 patients with renal echinococcosis were enrolled in this study.After admission,the patients received HE pathological diagnosis.The clinical value of HE pathological diagnosis was analyzed according to the results of HE pathological diagnosis.Results Under the pathological diagnosis of HE section,the nucleus was stained blue and the cytoplasm was stained red.According to the staining depth of different pathological tissues,19 cases of renal echinococcosis were detected,accounting for 95.00%of the total selected patients.There was no significant difference in the diagnostic results(c2=3.246,P=0.068).It showed that the pathological diagnosis of HE section had a high detection rate and could be later.To provide effective guidance for the development of stage treatment.Conclusion HE section pathological diagnosis can accurately analyze the patient’s condition in the diagnosis of renal echinococcosis.It has important guiding significance for the development of later treatment,and can provide safety guarantee for patients.It has significant comprehensive and application value.It can be used as the first choice for clinical diagnosis of renal echinococcosis.
