喉罩自主通气吸入七氟烷全麻在上睑下垂手术中的效果及安全性

Effect and Safety of Laryngeal Mask Autonomous Ventilation Inhalation of Sevoflurane in General Anesthesia for Ptosis

目的观察上睑下垂手术应用喉罩自主通气吸入七氟烷全麻的效果,分析其安全性。方法以2017年12月至2018年12月在我院实施上睑下垂手术的60例患者为研究对象,给予喉罩自主通气吸入七氟烷全麻,观察患者术中呼吸情况和麻醉效果,记录并比较呼吸抑制发生率、反流误吸发生率等。结果 60例患者均在吸入七氟烷全麻状态下顺利完成手术,有5例患者表现出一过性呼吸抑制,发生率8.33%,未出现反流误吸或术中体动病例;比较插入喉罩前后患者心率、收缩压、血氧饱和度指标变化差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。结论采用喉罩自主通气吸入七氟烷全身麻醉方法进行上睑下垂手术具有较高安全性,可有效控制患者术中呼吸,且对心率、血压、血氧饱和度等指标影响较小。

Objective To observe the effect of inhalation of sevoflurane anesthesia by laryngeal mask autonomous ventilation in the treatment of ptosis.Methods Sixty patients who underwent sacral surgery in our hospital from December 2017 to December 2018 were enrolled in the study.They were given aspiration of sevoflurane in anesthesia with a laryngeal mask to observe the intraoperative breathing and anesthesia.Record and compare the incidence of respiratory depression,the incidence of reflux aspiration,and so on.Results All the 60 patients underwent surgery with inhaled sevoflurane in general anesthesia.Five patients showed transient respiratory depression with an incidence of 8.33%.No reflux aspiration or intraoperative body motion cases were observed.There was no significant difference in heart rate,systolic blood pressure and blood oxygen saturation index between the patients before and after insertion into the laryngeal mask(P>0.05).Conclusion The use of laryngeal mask autonomous ventilation inhalation of sevoflurane general anesthesia for ptosis surgery is safe,can effectively control intraoperative breathing,and has less impact on heart rate,blood pressure,oxygen saturation and other indicators.
