探讨细节管理在护理管理中的应用及实施效果

Explore the Application and Implementation Effect of Detail Management in Nursing Management

目的在医院护理管理中实施细节管理,对其应用效果展开分析。方法本研究选取2017年12月至2018年12月在我院心内科接受住院治疗的患者1200例,将其采取随机平均的方法分为对照组和研究组,对照组在住院治疗期间接受常规护理管理,研究组则在常规护理管理的基础上加强细节管理,对两组各项护理管理质量评分进行评估并对比。结果对比两组各项护理质量评分得出,研究组各项护理质量评分均优于对照组,两组对比有统计学差异(P<0.05)。结论在护理管理中采取细节管理,有利于对护理质量进行提升,具有积极的应用效果。

Objective To implement detail management in hospital nursing management and analyze its application effects.Methods In this study,1200 inpatients from December 2017 to December 2018 in the Department of Cardiovascular Medicine of our hospital were selected and randomly divided into control group and research group.The control group received routine nursing management during hospitalization,while the research group strengthened detail management on the basis of routine nursing management.The nursing management quality scores of the two groups were evaluated and compared.Results Comparing the nursing quality scores of the two groups,the nursing quality scores of the research group were better than the control group.There was significant difference between the two groups(P<0.05).Conclusion The detailed management in nursing management is conducive to the improvement of nursing quality and has a positive application effect.
