贲门癌患者灌注化疗及栓塞的个体化治疗临床分析

Clinical analysis of individualized treatment of cardiac cancer with infusion chemotherapy and embolization

目的探讨胃左动脉灌注化疗及栓塞治疗贲门癌的疗效。方法河南省辉县市人民医院2007年12月至2012年12月对64例贲门癌应用个体化方案进行胃左动脉动脉灌注化疗及栓塞治疗,并跟踪随访。结果本组64例中12例完全缓解(CR),占18.75%;48例部分缓解(PR),占75.00%;4例好转+稳定(MR+SD),占6.25%;有效率(CR+PR)为93.75%(60/64)。结论应用个体化方案进行胃左动脉动脉灌注化疗及栓塞治疗贲门癌疗效可靠,创伤小,安全性高,不失为治疗贲门癌的一种重要微创手段,值得临床推广应用。

Objective To investigate the effect of left gastric arterial infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of cardiac cancer. Methods Between Dec 2007 and Dec 2012, A total of 64 cases of cardiac cancer were used the individual plan of left gastric artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization, and were followed up. Therapy effect was evaluated with subjective criceria of therapy effect. Results In the group, 12 cases(18.75%) showed complete remission(CR), 48 cases(75.00%) showed partial remission(PR), 4 cases(6.25%) showed microrespondence(MR) and stable disease(SD). The effective rate(CR+PR) was 93.75%(60/64). Conclusions The application of individualized therapeutic effect of left gastric artery infusion chemotherapy and embolization in the treatment of cardiac cancer is reliable, small trauma, high safety. It is an important means to be minimally invasive treatment of cardiac cancer, worthy of clinical application.
