摘要
自新课程实施以来,各省、市、县在国家基础性发展目标的基础上,相应制定了自己的综合素质评价标准方案。然而各地标准优劣参半,不一而同。选择区域间有特色的省市进行异同比较,从标准的制定、标准的框架、标准的取向、标准的内容和标准的实施五个方面进行比较和分析,从而得出有利于促进整体高中综合素质评价标准提升的启示。
Since the new curriculum reform has implemented,each province and municipality has developed its own comprehensive quality assessment standard program based on the national fundamental development goals. However,the standards are characterized with the quality of deficiency and merit. This study has selected the standards from Zhejiang Province and Chongqing,two quite different regions,to compare and analyze about the standard formulation,framework,approach,content and standard implementation, which will indicate the suggestion for the quality assessment standard amending.
