摘要
有效教学是教学活动产生以来人们不断追求的目标,在对有效教学的探索过程中,概括来说,有效教学分别经历了适应生存需要的实用性教学阶段,以个人发展为目标的教学模式多元化阶段,以及回归主体并关注个体内心体验的为幸福而教的第三阶段。由于有效教学外在目标的可测量性及短期收益性及有效教学在不断迎合社会、个体智能发展的需要中,使得有效教学在社会本位的影响下,一步步地失落了有效教学的正当性、有效性与自足性,因此,如何找回失落的有效教学值得我们深思。
Pursuing effective teaching is the goal for people since the teaching activities. On the process of effective teaching exploration,effective teaching has undergone three stages respectively: an initial stage,in order to survive,practical teaching's characterized. Personal development as the goal on teaching diverse stages. And return to the main body,concern for individual happiness and inner experience to teach. Because of effective teaching extrinsic goals,short- term gains scalability,effectiveness of teaching and in keeping abreast with the needs of social,individual intelligent development,under the influence of the social standard,it makes effective teaching lose the legitimacy,effectiveness and self- sufficiency step by step. Therefore,how to recover the lost effective teaching is worthy of our contemplation.
