倒充填材料iRoot BP Plus的根尖封闭性研究 被引量:13

摘要 目的:评价根尖倒充填材料iRoot BP Plus的根尖封闭性。方法:选取新鲜拔除未行牙髓治疗的30颗下颌磨牙,截取远中根,机用镍钛锉根备,牙胶加氧化锌丁香油糊剂冷侧压法根充。根管口使用玻璃离子覆盖,蒸馏水中保存一周后取出牙根,随机分成银汞、iRoot BP Plus和MTA三组,分别行截根,倒预备,倒充填。截根长度和倒预备洞型深度均为3mm,倒预备洞型宽度略宽于超声工作尖尖端直径。根尖使用PBS溶液调伴的藻酸盐包裹,在PBS溶液中浸泡一周后取出,干燥,除根尖截面外牙根表面涂2层指甲油,2%亚甲基蓝溶液染色一周,牙根纵行剖开后在16倍手术显微镜下测量线性渗漏值。统计数据用SPSS22分析,采用单因素方差分析,组间差异用Tamhane’s T2法分析。结果:各组渗漏值(均值±标准差)为:银汞(2. 07±0. 86mm),iRoot BP Plus(0. 11±0. 08mm),MTA(0. 17±0. 14mm),单因素方差分析显示不同组渗漏存在显著差异,组间比较显示iRoot BP Plus组和MTA组渗漏无显著差异,显著小于银汞组。结论:iRoot BP Plus根尖封闭性与MTA无显著差异,显著优于银汞合金。 Objective:To evaluate the apical sealing property of a the retrofill material-i Root BP Plus.Methods:30 freshly extracted intact mandibular molars without root canal treatment were.selected.The distal roots were resected.After root canal preparation using rotary nickel-titanium files,the roots were obturated using gutta percha points and zinc oxide eugenol paste.Lateral condensation technique was used.The roots were stored in distilled water for 1 week.They were randomly divided into 3 groups,which were amalgam,i Root BP Plus and MTA group.They underwent root end resection,retro-preparation and retrofilling.The length of resected root tip and the depth of retro-preparation were both 3 mm.The width of the retro-preparation was slightly wider than the ultrasonic tip.The root tips were covered with alginate impression material mixed with PBS.They were stored in BPS solution for 1 week.The root surface except the resected tip was protected by two coats of nail varnish.The staining was done by immersing the roots in 2%methylene blue solution for 1 week.The roots were split in halves with a diamond disk,the samples were observed under a surgical microscope and the linear dye leakage value was measured.Results:Leakage was not significantly different between i Root BP Plus(0.11±0.08 mm)and MTA(0.17±0.14 mm).The leakage of amalgam(2.07±0.86 mm)was significantly higher.Conclusion:Apical seal of i Root BP Plus was similar to MTA.Both i Root BP Plus and MTA had significantly better seal compared to amalgam.
