摘要
目的:评价4种机用镍钛通畅锉对S形根管的通道制备能力。方法:40个S形树脂模拟根管随机分为4组,每组10个,分别使用M3-path0. 02 (A组)、M3-path双通道版(B组)、Scout RaCe0. 02 (C组)、RaCe ISO10(D组)制备根管通道,术前术后拍摄数码照片,绘制根管外形线及中心线,分析通道制备前、后根管弯曲角度变化值,根管中心线偏移量以及通道制备后根管直径。结果:冠方和根方弯曲角度变化值:A组、C组较小,B组、D组较大,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。中心线偏移量:在根尖段A组最大,C组最小;在根方弯曲及冠方弯曲,D组最大,A组和B组次之,C组最小;在根管直段,D组最大,B组次之,A组和C组最小,差异有统计学意义(P<0. 05)。通道制备后根管直径:在根尖段,D组最小;在根方弯曲至根管直段, B组和D组大于A组和C组,差异有统计学差异(P<0. 05)。结论:M3-path 0. 02和Scout RaCe0. 02的中心定位能力优于M3-path双通道版和RaCe ISO10,M3-path双通道版和RaCe ISO10制备的通道直径略大,对根管预敞较好。
Objective:To evaluate the canal preparation ability of 4 kinds of nickel-titanium pathfinding instruments for s-shaped root canals.Methods:40 s-shaped resin simulated root canals were randomly divided into 4 groups,10 for each group.Glide paths were prepared with M3-path0.02(group A),M3 two-path(group B),Scout RaCe0.02(group C)and RaCe ISO10(group D)in each group.A digital photograph was taken before and after the operation,and the shape and the center line of the root canal were drawn.The change of the angle of curvature of the root canal,the offset of the central line of the root canal and the diameter of the root canal were measured and analyzed after the channel were prepared.Results:Coronal and apical curvature changes were significantly different among the 4 groups(P<0.05).Group D and B were more than group A and C.At the apical portion,the center line offsets of group A were the biggest and that of group C were the smallest(P<0.05).At the curved section,the offsets of group D were the biggest and that of group C were the smallest(P<0.05).At the straight section,the offsets of group D and B were the biggest and that of group C were the smallest(P<0.05).Diameter of canals:At the apical portion,the diameters of group D were smaller than that of the other 3 groups(P<0.05).At the curved section and straight section,the diameters of group D and B were bigger than that of group A and C(P<0.05).Conclusion:M3-path0.02 and Scout RaCe0.02 showed better centering ability than M3 two-path and RaCe ISO10.M3 two-path and RaCe ISO10 prepared a little wider glide path than M3-path0.02 and Scout RaCe0.02 did.
