The article introduces the importance of archives management,the construction of organizational system,classification management at different levels,quality control and work effectiveness of standardized residency training archives in cancer specialized hospitals,based on the experiences in Zhejiang Cancer Hospital,and also put forward some suggests for further improvement,which may provide reference for other cancer specialized hospitals.
