摘要
社会性别主流化是实现男女平等的重要战略,推进社会性别主流化是领导干部的重要责任。调查数据表明,在推进社会性别主流化的工作实践中,依然存在着决策行为中性别意识缺乏、统计工作中性别统计缺失等不足。研究显示,性别、对男女平等基本国策的认知、对妇女权益保障法律的认知、对妇女参政比例政策的认知、对社会性别基本概念的认知和社会性别培训情况是影响领导干部推进社会性别主流化工作实践的重要因素。
Gender mainstreaming is an important way to promote the equality of the sexes. Government officials have an important role in this process. However,data in the survey show that,in practice,there still exist the lack of gender awareness in policy making and the lack of gender statistics system in government. And the research also shows that a number of factors will affect the working of government officials,such as lack of awareness of 'the basic national policy of gender equality',of women rights protection,and of the social significance of 'gender'or 'gender mainstreaming'.
