浅析我国“探亲假”制度面临的困境——从“常回家看看”说起

A Brief Analysis on the Dilemma of China's “Home Leave” System——Starting with “Go Back Home Often to Visit Our Parents”

《老年人权益保障法》的实施让沉睡了30多年的"探亲假"制度引起了争议,"探亲假"制度是"常回家看看"的基础,然而当前"探亲假"制度却显得不合时宜,存在主体对象的不公平性、内容的不适应性和假期时间的不合理性等问题。以"常回家看看"为背景,根据调查结果分析公众对"探亲假"的真正诉求,并对现行"探亲假"制度提出可行性立法建议,具有重要意义。

Due to implementation of Protection of the Rights and Interests of the Elderly Act,the 'home leave'system that has been in sleep for over thirty years once again becomes controversial. The'home leave'system is the basis of 'go back home often to visit our parents',while the current 'home leave 'system seems to be incompatible with present needs. There are problems such as object unfairness,inadaptable content,irrational vacation time etc. With'go back home often to visit our parents'as the background,the public's real demands of 'home leave'are analyzed based on the survey results and feasible legislative suggestions for the current 'home leave'system are put forward.
