现代家庭伦理道德文化是在传承我国家庭伦理道德优良传统且秉持其实质及精粹的基础上,于现代化建设的婚姻家庭生活实践中逐渐形成,集中体现着国民认知能力、价值取向、伦理智慧、道德情操、审美心态等精神风貌和人格素质,并且经高度凝聚而成为中华文明重要体现的一种心态文化类型。在现代家庭伦理道德文化建设中,女性具有与男性对等的地位,发挥着与男性同等重要的积极作用。建设现代家庭伦理道德文化应依循女性自身的心理特性,发挥妇女联合会及其他民间妇女团体的引领作用,寻找女性文化与家庭文化的结合点,寻求女性与男性良性互动的双赢点。

Ethical culture in modern families,based on the long tradition of Chinese family ethics,and developed along the modernization of marriage and family,is a kind of spiritual culture that condenses and embodies the entire Chinese civilization. It contains the national cognitive ability,values,wisdom,ethic principles,and the whole psychological and mental qualities of our people. Women are playing an equally important and positive role as men in the process of constructing such ethical culture,which makes it essential to follow the psychological traits of women. It is also critical for the women's union and non- governmental organizations to take the lead in this process. In addition,women culture and family culture should be combined to work for a win- win situation for both men and women.
