A Psychological Approach to the Female Strength in Addressing Domestic Violence

随着《中华人民共和国反家庭暴力法》的通过,社会各界掀起了对该法的讨论。但是法律的手段毕竟是有限的,我们可以尝试开发暴力中受害者的力量。秦娅的案例表明,女性无意识中会对家庭暴力的发展起到推波助澜的作用,同时也从反面证明,家庭暴力中,女性受害者的力量如果开发顺利,家庭暴力是可以防患于未然的。

There has been wide- spread discussion over the Anti- domestic Violence Law of People's Republic of China. However,the illegal approaches are limited anyway,we should probe into the force of victims under domestic violence. The case of Qin Ya demonstrates that females are unconsciously conspire to make such violence happen. This case also proves that domestic violence can be prevented if the strength of females is exploited properly.
