摘要
从牛眼玻璃体制备了透明质酸,所得样品的理化分析结果表明其质量达到眼科用的要求,动物实验及眼科临床试用后认为其制剂可用于眼科临床。
A pure,high molecular weight hyaluronic acid(HA)was preparedfrom bovine vitreous bodies by precipitation with acetone.This HA preparation,comparable to Swedish“Healon”,was made by dissolving HA in 26% glycerinsolution.After injection of the sterile HA preparation into rabbit eyes and knee joints,no inflammatory effects in eyes,and protection of the articular cartilage fromdegenerative changes was demonstrated.The result of cataract surgery performed on 10 patients using HA preparation showed that it could be used for“visco-surgery”.
