摘要
硝普钠与硫化钠在碱性介质中形成的紫红色稳定络合物,在波长540 nm处有最大吸收,且浓度在0.025～0.125mg/ml范围内吸收度符合比尔定律。本法可作为硝普钠片的含量测定法,简便,快速,重现性好。
The experimental conditions of colorimetric determination of sodium nitroprusside (SNP) tablets were studied. The complex of SNP and Na_2S in basic solution exhibited a red-purple color, With maximum absorbance at 540 nm. This method is simple, rapid and reproducible. The recovery was 100.9± 0.91%, c.v. was 0.9%.
