摘要
根据抗生素生物合成原理而设计的突变生物合成和杂交生物合成,以及利用抗生素产生菌的遗传学原理而设计的原生质体融合、基因工程,用于产生杂合抗生素的研究已在众多的实验室获得成功。本文对这四个方面的新进展作了综述。
The production of hybrid antibiotic by mutational and hybrid biosyntheses, which were designed according to the principle of antibiotic biosyn- thesis, as well as by protoplast fusion and genetic engineering, which were de- signed according to the principle of genetics of antibiotic-producers, has succeeded in many laboratories. These four aspects of latest davelopments are reviewed.
