金黄色葡萄球菌细胞结合青霉素酶的研究

摘要 本文研究了临床分离的致病性金黄色葡萄球菌的总青霉素酶(酶1)、细胞外青霉素酶(酶2)、细胞结合青霉素酶(酶3)以及细胞结合的胞外酶(酶4)。 Exopenicillinase,cell-bound penicillinaseand cell-bound exopenicillinase of 26 penicillin-risistant or oxacillin-resistant Staphylococcusauras strains isolated clinically were deter-mined and it was demonstrated that the activityof exopenicillinase,ranged from 140~1083 u/ml.only occupied less than 1% of total penicillin-ase,ranged from 50648~387743 u/ml,exceptone strain with 9%.Most activity of penicil-linase was due to cell-bound penicillinase rangedfrom 48217~382033 u/ml.Induction with 50%MIC of oxacillin and 20% MgSO_4 would increasethe cell-bound exopenicillinaseactivity to14~20 fold(7873~8486 u/ml)as the contrast(p<0.01).
