摘要
以苯乙酸为原料,相转移催化合成α-苯基丙酸。通过正交设计选出最佳实验条件,产品纯度在98%以上,收率达94%。
Optimum conditions of solid-liquid PTC in the methylation ofphenylacetic acid,selected by orthogonal design,are as follows:molar ratio ofreagents(C_6H_5CH_2CO_2H:(CH_3)_2SO_4:KOH)1:3.12:9.82,reflux time 5.5h,additionof(CH_3)_2SO_4 at 23℃,hydrolysis time 1.7h,This method is simple,rapid andeasy to work up.
