摘要 对制剂中数十种常用辅料进行DSC 测定,将其热分析数据存入微机数据库。该数据库系统利用BASIC 语言编制,数据结构采用单链表形式,每项记录包括样品名、熔点、分解点、说明语和文件名5项内容,可按任意一项进行排序和检索,它为制剂成分的剖析、药品质量的分析等提供了线索。附程序框图和应用实例。 The thermal analysis data of a number of pharmaceutical aidsdetermined by differential scanning calorimetry have been stored in the databank.The data management program was compiled in BASIC language and thedata structure adopted the form of single chained list.There are five itemsin each record,i.e.,sample name,melting point,decomposition temperature,some descriptors and file name.Each of them can be quickly sorted and searched.The above system might give a clue to the analysis of pharmaceutical aids and other constituents in the unknown pharmaceutical preparations,as well as controlof the drug quality.The programming flow chart and some examples were given.
