摘要
改进后的连苯三酚自氧化法测定条件是:25℃,总体积4.5ml,50mM pH8.2Tris-HCl 缓冲液,连苯三酚的自氧化速率为0.070 O.D./min。本法具有操作简便,灵敏度高,用样量少等优点。
Superoxide dismutase activity was assayed by modified pyrogal-lol autoxidation mothod at 25℃,in a total volume of 4.5ml,buffered with pH8.2 50mM Tris-HCL.The rate of autoxidation was determined from the in-crease O.D absorbance at 325nm per minute.This method is easy to operate,more sensitive,and reguires less sample.
