摘要 引言医院并非大家所想象的那样安全[1]。总体而言,院内不良事件的发生率约为10%,而其中的3/4与外科手术有关。按照目前的护理水平,至少半数的不良事件是可以避免的[2-4]。随着住院时间的延长,患者不良事件的发生率也是增长的[5]。外科相关的不良事件发生率随着手术量的增长而增加,
