腹腔镜胃癌根治三角吻合术技术要点与意义

The key technical points and significance of Delta-shaped anastomosis in laparoscopic radical gastrectomy

随着腹腔镜理念、技术及器械的更新,胃癌腹腔镜手术也向着更加微创化的方向发展。完全腹腔镜技术的提出对胃癌术后消化道重建提出了挑战,三角吻合是在此背景下应运而生的重建方式,对胃癌完全腹腔镜手术起到了极大的促进、推广作用,而其改良术式overlap吻合也显示出了良好的应用前景。本文对此类吻合进行经验总结。

With the devolopment of concept, technology, and equipment, laparoscopic gastrectomy for gastric cancer is moving towards a more minimally invasive direction. The proposition of totally laparoscopic surgery presents a challenge to the digestive reconstruction after gastrectomy. Delta-shaped anastomosis is a new reconstruction method born under such a circumstance, which plays a substantial role in the promotion and dissemination of totally laparoscopic gastrectomy. The modified method, overlap anastomosis, also shows a good application prospect. This paper summarizes the clinical experience by using this kind of anastomosis.
