摘要
介绍了所研制的长柱型脱泥设备和圆锥型脱泥设备的设计原则和结构特点。应用试验表明,圆锥型脱泥效果优于长柱型脱泥设备,在适宜上升水量和调整剂用量条件下,可以获得铁品位43.30%以上的铁精矿,铁回收率87%以上,精矿含磷0.029%。
The design principle and structure characteristics of long-column-type and cone-type desliming equipment are introduces respectively. Applied test results showed that cone-type desliming equipment is superior to the long-column-type. With cone-type desliming equipment, a iron concentrate of 43.30%Fe and 0.029%P can be obtained with a recovery of over 87%Fe under the optimum upward-current and regulators rate.
