微应变对骨生理和损伤修复作用的研究进展 被引量:1

摘要 应力调节骨的新陈代谢早在19世纪被Wolff发现,随着对应力机制的深入了解发现,应力只有使骨产生形变(又称微应变)后才能启动原始信号来调节骨的合成与分解代谢。本文概括了不同大小的微应变对骨新陈代谢的影响,阐述了微应变由组织水平传到细胞水平后产生放大效应,及骨合成代谢及分解代谢对应的微应变范围。另外,本文还总结了不同应变对骨损伤后再生修复的作用,归纳了生理状态和病理状态下力学敏感基因差异表达。本文还总结了负重锻炼在临床中的应用,最后对微应变的研究方向进行展望。 Stress in regulating bone metabolism was discovered by Wolff early in the 19 th century.With the further understanding of the mechanism of stress,it was found that stress can only initiate the original signal to regulate the synthesis and metabolism of bone after the deformation of the bone( also known as micro strain). This article reviewd the different sizes of micro-strain effects on bone metabolism.Microstrain are magnified from the organization level to the cellular level,and bone anabolism and catabolism corresponds to the micro-strain. Furthermore,this review also summarized the effects of different strain on bone regeneration after injury. Mechanical sensitivity differential gene expression in the physiological and pathological conditions. Meanwhile,the author also summarized in clinical application of weight-bearing exercise. In the end,the author provided a prospect for the further development of study about micro-strain in this reviews.
