间充质干细胞在肺纤维化治疗中的研究与应用

Research and application of mesenchymal stem cells in treatment of pulmonary fibrosis

肺纤维化是由各种原因引起的累及肺间质、肺泡、细支气管的肺部弥漫性疾病,主要病理特征为非特异性肺泡炎伴肺间质纤维化,目前尚无有效治疗药物与方法。间充质干细胞由于其特殊的生物学特性为肺纤维化的治疗带来了希望。此文将间充质干细胞治疗肺纤维化的动物实验和临床应用作一综述,为今后治疗肺纤维化提供方向和思路。

Pulmonary fibrosis is caused by various reasons involving the lung interstitial,pulmonary,bronchial pulmonary diffuse disease. Non specificity of alveolitis and pulmonary interstitial fibrosis is the common pathological changes. So far there is no effective drugs and methods. Mesenehymal stem cells( MSC) have specific properties and bring hope for curing pulmonary fibrosis. In this paper,the animal experiment of MSC treatment of pulmonary fibrosis and clinical application are reviewed,providing the direction and the way for the future clinical treatment of pulmonary fibrosis.
