自体浓缩生长因子在创面修复中的应用前景 被引量:13

摘要 多种生长因子协同参与创面的修复过程,目前临床上仍缺乏强效的生长因子生物制剂。自体浓缩生长因子(CGF)含有浓缩的生长因子及纤维蛋白,能改善和增强组织再生能力,具有促进创面愈合的作用。与富血小板血浆和富血小板纤维蛋白相比,CGF中生长因子含量及纤维蛋白的黏合度和拉伸强度均高于富血小板血浆和富血小板纤维蛋白。作为新一代血小板浓缩物,CGF具有更加优越的临床和生物技术应用潜力,在创面修复中具有潜在的临床应用前景,本文综述了这方面的研究现状及存在问题。 A variety of growth factors to participate in the wound repair process,there is still a lack of potent growth factor biological agents. Autologous concentrated growth factor( CGF) containing concentrated growth factor and fibrin,can improve tissue regeneration,and has a role in promoting wound healing. Compared with platelet rich plasma( PRP) and rich platelet fibrin( PRF),the content of growth factor and fiber adhesion and tensile strength of CGF were higher than that of PRP and PRF. As a new generation of platelet concentrates,CGF has better clinical and biological technology application potential,and has potential clinical application in the repair of the wounds. In this paper,we summarize the current situation and existing problems in this field.
