姑息性全胃切除术对老年人胃癌患者IL-2、TNF-α水平的影响

Effect of palliative total gastrectomy on IL-2, TNF-α levels in elderly gastric cancer patients

目的分析姑息性全胃切除术对老年人胃癌患者IL-2、TNF-α水平的影响。方法回顾性分析2009年6月~2013年5月我院收治的100例老年人胃癌患者临床资料,随机将患者分为观察组(50例)和对照组(50例)。观察组行姑息性全胃切除术治疗,对照组在同期进行非手术切除姑息治疗。比较两组患者接受治疗后0.5年、1年、2年生存率及IL-2和TNF-α水平。结果观察组患者的0.5年生存率、1年生存率、2年生存率均高于对照组(P<0.05)。术后2周及术后4周,观察组的IL-2和TNF-α含量低于对照组,差异具有统计学意义(P<0.05)。结论姑息性全胃切除术对老年人晚期胃癌治疗效果良好,能有效降低IL-2、TNF-α含量,提高生存率,改善预后。

Objective To analyze the effect of palliative total gastrectomy on IL-2 , TNF-α levels in elderly gastric cancer patients. Methods A retrospective analysis of 100 cases of elderly patients with gastric cancer from Jun 2009 to May 2013 in our hospital were researched, patients were randomly divided into observation group (50 cases) and control group (50 cases). Observation group were treated by total gastrectomy surgery, control group were treated by non-surgical resection. The 0.5-year, 1-year, 2-year survival rates and IL-2, TNF-α levels were compared between the two groups. Results The 0.5-year, 1-year, 2-year survival rates were higher in observation group than in control group, the difference was statistically sig-nificant (P<0.05). 2 weeks and 4 weeks after surgery, IL-2 and TNF-αlevels in observation group were lower than in control group, the difference was statistically significant (P<0.05). Conclusion Palliative total gastrectomy for elderly patients with advanced gastric cancer has good effect, it can effectively reduce the levels of IL-2 and TNF-α, which effectively increase the survival rate and improve the prognosis.
