攀枝花市医务人员职业倦怠与社会支持相关性研究 被引量:2

Relationship between medical staffs′ job burnout and social support in Panzhihua

摘要 目的探讨攀枝花市医务人员职业倦怠情况及其与社会支持的关系。方法采用马氏职业倦怠量表(MBI-HSS)和社会支持评定量表(SSRS)对670名攀枝花市医务人员进行问卷调查。结果攀枝花市医务人员职业倦怠各维度处于中到重度状态。其中去人格化分值高于MBI参考值,个人成就感低于MBI参考值,且差异具有统计学意义。主观支持与情感衰竭和去人格化呈显著负相关(r=-0.196,-0.183,P<0.01),支持利用度与情感衰竭和去人格化呈显著负相关(r=-0.232,-0.167,P<0.01),而主观支持与个人成就感呈正相关(r=0.125,P<0.01)。逐步回归分析显示,主观支持、支持利用度对于职业倦怠各维度均有较好的预测作用。结论社会支持是职业倦怠的重要预测变量。 Objective To explore the relationship between medical staffs' job burnout and social support in Panzhihua. Methods Maslach Burnout Inventory-Human Service Survey(MBI-HSS)and Social Support Rating Scale (SSRS) were used in 670 medical staffs' questionnaire survey in Panzhihua. Results Medical staffs′ job burnout in Panzhihua was from moderate degree to serious degree. The average score of depersonalization was higher than that of Maslach sample and the personal accom-plishment was lower than that of Maslach sample. Subjective support was significantly negatively correlated with emotional ex-haustion and depersonalization (r=-0.196,-0.183,P<0.01). Use of support was significantly negatively correlated with emotional exhaustion and depersonalization (r=-0.232,-0.167,P<0.01). Subjective support was significantly positively correlated with personal accomplishment (r=0.125,P<0.01). Stepwise regression analysis showed that medical staffs′ job burnout could be well predicted by subjective support and use of support. Conclusion Social support has important influence on medical staffs′ job burnout, which may be the important predictive availability to job burnout.
