维吾尔族女性精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量与社会支持状况研究

Study on the life quality and social support of the spouses of uygur ethnic group women with schizophrenia

目的研究维吾尔族女性精神分裂症患者配偶生活质量,分析其社会支持情况。方法选取2015年5~12月在我院住院的62例维吾尔族女性精神分裂症患者配偶作为观察组,同期选取来我院体检的女性配偶100例作为对照组。观察两组研究对象生活质量与社会支持情况。结果观察组躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能及总分均明显低于对照组(P<0.05);而物质生活两组差异无统计学意义(P>0.05)。观察组社会支持评分均低于对照组(P<0.05)。女性精神分裂症患者配偶躯体功能、社会功能、心理功能及GQOLI总分与客观支持、主观支持、支持利用度及社会支持总分均呈正相关(P<0.05)。结论维吾尔族女性精神分裂症患者的配偶生活质量水平、社会支持均较差。

Objective To study the life quality of the spouses of uygur ethnic group female patients with schizophrenia and analyze their social support. Methods 62 spouses of uygur ethnic schizaphrenia women were selected from May to Dec in 2015 as observation group,selected 100 female spouses accepted physical examination as control group. The quality of life and social support of the two groups were observed. Results The body function,social function,mental function and total score of the observation group were lower than that of the control group(P<0.05),while there was no significant difference between the two groups in physical life(P>0.05). The social support score of observation group was lower than control group(P<0.05). The body function,social function,psychological function and GQOLI score of female schizophrenics were positively related to objective support,subjective support,support utilization and total social support(P<0.05). Conclusion The quality of life and social support of the uygur ethnic group female schizophrenics are poorer.
