双氯芬酸钠联合坦索罗辛、结石通治疗输尿管结石合并肾绞痛疗效分析

Efficacy of diclofenac sodium combined with tamsulosion and Jieshitong in the treatment of ureteral stones complicated with renal colic

目的观察双氯芬酸钠联合坦索罗辛、结石通治疗输尿管结石合并肾绞痛的疗效。方法将120例急性输尿管结石合并肾绞痛患者随机分成两组,治疗组给予双氯芬酸钠肌肉注射镇痛,结石通1.4g每日3次口服,坦索罗辛0.2mg每晚口服1片排石治疗;对照组给予哌替啶肌肉注射镇痛,并给予结石通1.4g、硝苯地平10mg每日3次口服排石治疗。观察两组镇痛效果,不良反应,结石排出时间、排出率等。结果治疗组和对照组镇痛率分别为95.0%、93.3%(P>0.05),不良反应发生率分别为8.33%、28.33%(P<0.05),结石平均排出时间分别为(7.9±2.8)d、(11.9±4.1)d,结石排出率分别为86.67%、68.33%(P<0.05)。结论双氯芬酸钠联合坦索罗辛、结石通治疗输尿管结石合并肾绞痛疗效显著,不良反应少,结石排出率高、排出时间短。

Objective To observe the efficacy of diclofenac sodium combined with tamsulosion and Jieshitong in the treatment of ureteral stones complicated with renal colic. Methods A total of 120 patients with ureteral stones complicated with renal colic were divided into two groups, patients in therapy group were treated with diclofenac sodium muscular injection, tamsulosion 0.2 mg orally every night, Jieshitong 1.4 g three times a day orally, patients in control group were treated with pethidine muscular injection, Jieshitong 1.4 g and nifedipine 10 mg three times a day orally. The analgesic effect, adverse effect, stone discharge time, stone discharge rate of two groups were observed. Results The overall effectiveness rate was 95.0% and 93.3% in therapy group and control group respectively(P >0.05). The incidence rate of adverse effect was lower in therapy group than in control group(8.33% vs 28.33%, P<0.05). The stone discharge time was shorter in therapy group than in control group(7.9±2.8) d vs(11.9±4.1) d, stone discharge rate was higher in therapy group than in control group(86.67% vs 68.33%, P<0.05). Conclusion Diclofenac sodium combined with tamsulosion and Jieshitong in the treatment of ureteral stones complicated with renal colic is effective with less adverse effect stone discharge time is shorter and stone discharge rate is higher.
