太极拳在北京市通州区社区传播现状的调查研究

An Investigation and Study on Present Situation of Taijiquan Spreading in Tongzhou's Communities in Beijing

本文以中国人口老龄化为社会背景,以太极拳的优秀健身、休闲、社会功能和其拥有广泛的群众基础为依据,运用调查法、文献资料法、数理统计法对北京市通州区社区太极拳练习者和非太极拳练习者的健身情况进行了调查分析,通过对北京市通州区太极拳传播现状的调查研究,分析其存在的问题,并对太极拳在北京市通州区的传播对策进行研究。

In the social background of aging of China's population,taijiquan(a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing) appeals to great masses of people for its excellent exercising,leisure and social functions.Based on these characteristics of taijiquan,this paper makes an analysis of the exercising practitioners and non-practitioners as well as their fitness status in communities of Beijing's Tongzhou District by means of survey,documentation and mathematical statistics.Through an investigation and study on the spreading situation of taijiquan in Tongzhou District of Beijing,the paper finds out its existing problems and makes a research on countermeasures for the spreading of taijiquan in Tongzhou District.
