民族传统体育专业发展的困境与突破的研究

A Research on Dilemma and Breakthrough in the Development of Specialty of Traditional National Sports

目前,高校民族传统体育专业发展过程中遇到诸多瓶颈,滞碍了本专业进一步的发展。本研究采用文献资料法、逻辑推理分析等研究方法,对影响高校民族传统体育专业发展的诸多因素进行了研究分析。研究表明,高校民族传统体育专业处于教学内容较单一、专业师资力量严重匮乏、教学方法陈旧、招生渠道狭窄和课程体系不健全等现实困境。针对这种状况,本研究提出一系列合理化建议,如:结合当前社会需求,进一步修订本专业的培养目标;完善本专业教学内容;拓展师资培训渠道,优化师资力量;加强宣传力度和提高本专业自身影响力,拓展招生渠道;优化本专业学科课程体系和走国际化发展的道路,培养复合型人才等。

Nowadays the specialty of traditional national sports has encountered many bottlenecks during its developing process, which has obstructed its further development. This article, by using document and data, logical reasoning analysis and other research methods, makes a study and analysis on numerous factors that influence the development of the specialty of traditional national sports in colleges and universities. Studies have shown that the specialty of traditional national sports in colleges and universities is facing a realistic dilemma, such as single teaching content, serious shortage of professional teachers, obsolete teaching methods, narrow enrollment channels and incomplete curriculum system. In regard to this situation, the article puts forward a series of reasonable proposals, for example, colleges and universities should further amend training goals of this specialty according to current social demands, perfect teaching contents of this specialty, expand channels for teachers’ training, optimize teachers’ quality, strengthen the publicity and enhance the specialty’s own influence, expand recruitment channels, optimize the curriculum system of courses for this specialty to go along a path of international development, and cultivate compound talents.
