摘要
太极拳与瑜伽都是当今世界上得到公认的东方古老健身术。近三十年来许多科学研究显示二者对人类身心的保健和康复效果超出一般体育锻炼项目的益处。对比二者的个性与共性,我们才能更好地研究和发挥这两种健身术对人类健康的意义。世界对瑜伽的认知和研究较早,所以太极拳需要借鉴和学习瑜伽很多有益的传播经验。
Tai chi quan and Yoga, which are famous physical system of health exercises from ancient oriental world, have become popular more and more across the Western world in the past 30 years. Studies have shown, for example, that long-term Tai chi quan or Yoga practitioners get better in physical energy and mental health improvements than those with the other physical exercises. The findings, then, are clear, making healthy exercises choices and doing well do not have to be difficult. Yet we have to know what are the similarities and differences of two choices so that finding the right one to us. Yoga is well-known and studied earlier all over the world than Tai chi quan, thus it also could promote sharing to Tai chi quan.
