摘要
太极拳作为一项健身运动,受到越来越多人的青睐,随着习拳人群的增多,也暴露了很多问题:动作不规范、膝关节损伤等。为避免初学者出现上述问题,本文通过文献资料法及笔者练拳的经验,针对初学者学练太极拳总结出几点方法。具体方法如下:加强身体素质训练,选择适宜的练拳环境,做好充分的准备活动和放松活动,掌握循序渐进的练拳过程。
Taijiquan (a kind of traditional Chinese shadow boxing),as a fitness exercise,has found favor in more and more people' eyes.With the increase in practicing groups of people,however,a lot of problems have been revealed,such as non-standard movements and knee injuries.In order to avoid these problems from happening,this paper,with literature and data method and the authors' own practicing experience,has summarized some methods for beginners who are learning to practice taijiquan.Concrete methods are to strengthen physical training,choose an appropriate practicing environment,make full warmup and relaxing activities,and master a step-by-step progress in taijiquan practice.
