武术人才培养与民间武术资源整合的研究与实践

Study and Practice on Training Wushu Talents and Integrating Folk Wushu Resources

当前大多数地方高校的武术教育普遍存在着教学资源缺乏、课程体系陈旧、人才培养模式单一等现象,其教学现状与社会对人才的需求之间存在着目标与现实的矛盾。本文运用文献资料法、逻辑分析法、专家访谈法等,对天津体育学院武术人才培养现状进行分析,由民间武术的传承发展入手,对天津体育学院武术人才培养与天津民间武术资源整合利用进行探索和研究,以期建立天津武术人才培养的新模式。

At present,phenomena like lacking teaching resources,being old in the curriculum system and keeping single in the mode of talent training exist in wushu (martial arts) education in most colleges and universities,and conflicts between goals and the reality also exist as there is a gap between the teaching status and the society's demands for talents.This paper makes an analysis on the present situation of wushu talent training in Tianjin University of Sport with methods of literature review,logic analysis,expert interview and others.Beginning from the inheritance and development of folk wushu,the paper undertake explorations and studies on wushu talent training in Tianjin University of Sport and on the integration and utilization of folk wushu resources in Tianjin in order to establish a new model for training wushu talents in this city.
