武术套路运动员力量素质训练方法及效果的研究 被引量:2

A Study on Methods and Effects of Strength Training for Wushu Routine Athletes

摘要 本文运用文献资料法、访谈法、实验法、数理统计法,其中实验法是此次研究的主要方法,采用表面肌电遥测的测试方法,揭示我国武术套路运动员力量素质训练方法的选择及其科学含义,进而为提高运动员难度的稳定性以及动作的劲力性、连贯性表现提供科学的选择依据。研究结果表明,增加运动员力量素质的训练可以有效提高难度动作的稳定性及动作的劲力性、连贯性表现。 This paper uses document and data method,interview method,experimental method and mathematical statistics method——among which the experimental method is the main method in this research with the application of the test method of surface electromyogram——to reveal choices and their scientific meanings of strength quality training for wushu (martial arts) routine athletes in our country,thereby providing scientific selecting criterion for enhancing the stability of difficulty for athletes as well as the performance of strength and consistency in their movements.The research results show that increasing athletes' strength quality training can effectively enhance the stability of difficult movements as well as the strength and consistency of these movements.
