少林拳中蕴含的中国文化精神

Chinese Cultural Spirit Contained in Shaolinquan

少林文化在历史发展中随着统治阶级对佛教文化的态度变化而兴衰,而少林拳作为少林文化中的特色,也在这个过程中发生改变,但是,少林拳在这个过程中所蕴含的中国文化精神并没有发生改变。相反,随着历史的发展和寺院无数的动荡经历,这种精神逐渐得到巩固,逐渐形成了一种少林精神。本篇论文主要运用文献资料法,从少林拳"禅武"结合的武德中,少林拳的动作设计中,少林拳的武医相依、武以文饰中,少林拳的练功技巧中几个方面论述了少林拳中所蕴含的中国文化精神。

Shaolin culture has been rising or declining with the attitude of the ruling class towards Buddhist culture in the historical development.Shaolinquan (shaolin boxing), as a characteristic of Shaolin culture, has also been changed in this process.However, the Chinese cultural spirit contained in shaolinquan has not been changed in the process.On the contrary, with the development of history and countless turbulent experiences of Shaolin Temple, this spirit has gradually been consolidated to form Shaolin spirit gradually.This essay mainly applies literature and data method to discuss Chinese cultural spirit contained in shaolinquan from several aspects: wushu (martial arts) morals which combine wushu with Zen sect, movement designs of shaolinquan, a mutual dependence between wushu and medicine in shaolinquan, civil decorations against its martial aspect in shaolinquan, and practicing skills of shaolinquan.
