少林武术是民族传统体育的优秀代表,是我们值得骄傲的民族文化品牌。在国务院加快建设中原经济区的背景下对少林武术文化精神进行研究,有助于我们更深刻地认识和了解少林武术,把握少林武术的文化精神,继而以理性的态度和务实的精神去继承、弘扬、发展少林武术。将其蕴涵的文化义蕴在新的时代重新发现、重新唤起,并在更高层次上加以发扬和转换。这既是对时代浪潮的积极回应,也是当今体育工作者的历史使命。

Shaolin wushu (martial arts) is an excellent representative of traditional national sports, and is a brand of national culture that deserves us pride. Under the background that the State Council is accelerating the construction of Central Plains Economic Zone, making a study of the cultural spirit of Shaolin wushu will help us have a more profound understanding of Shaolin wushu, grasp the cultural spirit of Shaolin wushu, and then carry forward, promote and develop Shaolin wushu with a rational attitude and a pragmatic spirit so as to rediscover and reawaken the cultural connotations contained in it for its promotion and transfer at a higher level. This is a positive respond to the tide of the times, and is a significant historical mission for today's sports workers as well.
